Government Medical College, Wardha – Internship & Placement

Government Medical College Wardha offers a compulsory one-year rotating internship (CRMI) after completion of the 4.5-year MBBS course. The internship is conducted at its attached 500-bed teaching hospital and associated rural health centres. Students get hands-on training by rotating through all major clinical departments, including Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Orthopedics, and Community Medicine. Interns receive a monthly stipend of approximately INR 18,000 as per Maharashtra Government rules.
