NICMAR Mumbai Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Eligibility Criteria to fulfil at NICMAR University:

• All Graduates must have ma inimum of 24 months and the Diploma Holders with 60 months of experience in the fields of projects/construction/QS/Reality/Facility Management may apply. The Diploma Holders shall undergo a Bridge Course to qualify to obtain the certificate. 

Selection criteria: Academic record + relevant work experience + committee review

Accepted Exams: No national test required, experience-based selection

Steps to Apply:

• Explore & Choose Your Programme: Visit the official Mumbai SoExE page and choose relevant programs.

• Start Your Application Online: Head to the central application portal, click "Apply Now" or register for executive programmes. Create an account with basic details and verify via OTP.

• Fill the Registration/Application Form: Log in and complete the form by entering all the required details and uploading documents.

• Pay the Application Fee: Pay online (net banking/card/UPI). Fee is non-refundable; pay only after verifying eligibility.

• Submit & Await Review: Submit the form. You'll get a confirmation email/acknowledgement. The Selection Committee reviews your profile. No PG-NCAT/written test or PI for most executive programmes; selection is profile-based.

• Receive Offer & Confirm: Shortlisted candidates get an offer letter via email/portal. Accept the offer, pay programme fees, submit any additional docs if requested, and complete enrolment. You'll get access to classes.
