Rajasthan Institute of Engineering and Technology Jaipur Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

RIET Jaipur offers admissions to a wide range of programs, including B.Tech., M.Tech., MBA, MCA, B.Arch., BBA, BCA, and PhD. Admissions are primarily entry-based through centralised counselling combined with merit. The process is transparent and student-friendly, with both online and offline application modes. The institute follows guidelines of Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) and provides management quota seats as well.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech: Passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects + one of Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science/technical vocational subjects. Minimum 45% aggregate marks.

• MBA: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). Valid score in CAT/MAT/CMAT preferred.

• MCA: Bachelor’s degree with mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level + a minimum of 50% marks.

• M.Tech: B.E./B.Tech in a relevant branch with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) + a valid GATE score is preferred.

• B.Arch.: 10+2 with 50% marks + valid NATA score.

Admission Process:

• Registration – Visit the official website or REAP portal and fill the online application form. Pay the required registration fee.

• Appear for Entrance Exam – Qualify for the relevant exam (JEE Main for B.Tech, GATE for M.Tech, CMAT/CAT/MAT for MBA, NATA for B.Arch, etc.).

• Counselling Participation: Register and participate in centralised counselling.

• Choice Filling & Seat Allotment - Fill in your preferences and receive your seat allotment.

• Document Verification & Fee Payment - Report to the institute, verify documents, and pay the admission fee to confirm the seat.

Reporting & Orientation - Complete formalities and join classes.
