The Training and Placement Cell at RIET Jaipur is a dedicated, proactive department that acts as a bridge between students and the industry. It focuses on making students industry-ready through structured training, skill enhancement, and regular placement drives. The cell aims to provide near 100% placement assistance to eligible students and maintains strong industry linkages. It is headed by experienced professionals and supported by a team that coordinates with companies, organises campus recruitment, and conducts follow-ups.

Objectives of Placement Cell:

• Provide world-class infrastructure to enable the students to develop their academic and career prospects

• Provide hands-on training to make them industry-ready.

• Identifying the industries’ demands, harnessing the skills of the graduates, preparing them to be industry-ready

• Keep the students updated on the latest career opportunities and working out strategies to help them get jobs.

• Testing and analysing the ability of the students, making training plans to develop their professionalism.

• Inviting top tech and non-tech giants in recruiting our graduates.
