It works year-round to ensure strong employability outcomes, especially for its flagshipprograms. The cell emphasises skill development, industry exposure, and consistent placement drives. 

Key Functions and Activities:

• It offers Pre-Placement Training through its Employability Enhancement Programme, covering aptitude tests, soft skills, communication, resume building, mock interviews, group discussion, and personality development. 
• It organises mandatory 6-8 week summer internships post-second semester and gradually adds more companies for training opportunities.
• The cell invites more than 50 companies annually for final placements and interactions. The process includes company presentations, aptitude rounds, GD/PI and final selections.
• The cell maintains connections with recruiters for ongoing opportunities, including off-campus drives and alumni networks.
