The admission process for MBBS at Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences is completely based on the NEET examination. Students must first qualify NEET-UG, as it is compulsory for all categories including general, management, and NRI quota. After qualifying, candidates need to participate in counselling conducted either through the All India Quota (MCC) or Kerala State counselling (CEE).

MD / MS Eligibility Criteria: Must have completed MBBS degree from a college recognized by NMC. Must have completed the Compulsory Rotating Residential Internship (CRRI).
DMLT, DOTAT, Eligibility Criteria: Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Minimum 40–50% marks in PCB (exact percentage depends on the specific diploma).
Mandatory Exam: Must qualify NEET-UG and NEET PG 2026 with the required percentile.
Online Admission Process 2026:-
Appear for NEET-UG 2026 – Conducted by NTA. Qualifying NEET is mandatory.
