The Symbiosis School of Biological Sciences offers M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology Dual Degree, and PhD. The academic fee for the M.Sc. Biotechnology and Biochemistry are INR 295000 and INR 260000, respectively. The admission eligibility criteria are mentioned below:-

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology eligibility criteria are 50% aggregate marks in a Bachelor's degree in Life sciences/Biotechnology, Biological sciences, or engineering in Biotechnology. 45% for SC/ST Students. 
• M.Sc. in Biochemistry eligibility criteria are 50% aggregate marks in a Bachelor's degree in science in chemistry, or  Life sciences/Biotechnology, Biological sciences, or engineering in Biotechnology. 45% for SC/ST Students. 
• M.Sc. dual degree eligibility criteria are  50% aggregate marks in a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, or Engineering in Biotechnology. 45% for SC/ST Students. 
• PhD eligibility criteria are a 50% aggregate mark in a PG degree and a qualification in any of the PET/NET/SET/GATE examinations.

• INR 1500 amount has to be paid by the Candidates
• The Institute will ask the candidates for a personal interview.
• End the admission process with payment of academic fees for the course.
