The SSCANS offers various programs, which include B.Sc. in Culinary Arts Full Time and Hospitality & Culinary Management, MBA IN Food Technology & Food Enterprise Management, M.Sc. in Nutrition & Dietetics, Diploma in Bakery & Patisserie Skills, and Professional Culinary Skills. The SSCANS also offers the Capacity Enhancement Course and the Floating Credit Courses.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- For UG programs- A 50% aggregate mark in 12th and 45% for SC/ST.
- For PG programs- A 50% aggregate mark in a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food Ecology, Packaging Technology, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Food Engineering, Agriculture, Microbiology, and more. And 45% for SC/ST.
- For Diploma programs- 12th Pass and 18+.
Admission process:-
- Interested candidates are required to register online for admission via the official website of the Institute, INR 1,500 is the payable amount of registration.
- Candidates are required to select the date for the admission process and come for the PI-WAT personal interview and the written test.
- The Merit list will be announced by the institute.
