Uttaranchal University (NAAC A+ accredited private university) offers admissions to UG, PG, Diploma, and Ph.D. programs in fields like Engineering, Management, Law, Sciences, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Liberal Arts, and more. Admissions are primarily merit-based, with preference for national entrance exams (JEE Main, CUET, CAT/MAT). The university also conducts its own Uttaranchal University Entrance Examination (UUEE) for some programs. Direct admissions are possible based on qualifying marks and personal interview (PI).

- Relaxations: 5% marks for SC/ST/OBC; special scholarships (up to 26–40%) for Uttarakhand/Hill States domicile.
- Scholarships: Merit-based (up to 100%), domicile-based, for girls/military backgrounds.
- Reservations: As per Uttarakhand Government norms (40% seats for domicile).
