Xavier School of Management- XLRI Jamshedpur Jamshedpur Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

XLRI admission is open for EDHRM. XLRI Jamshedpur offers full-time Management programmes and part-time and Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) courses for working executives. It also offers a full-time, residential doctoral Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). The institute also offers a few online courses through XLRI Online Learning (XOL). For XLRI Jamshedpur admission, candidates are required to clear XAT.

XLRI PGDM-HRM and PGDM BM Selection Criteria

• The candidates are shortlisted for the PGDM-HRM and PGDM (BM) programs, based on their XAT scores. 
• The XAT cut-off percentiles for XLRI admission are based on several factors. The three main determining factors are the number of candidates appearing for the XAT that year, the difficulty level of the XAT question paper, and the number of seats available. 

XLRI Admission to PGDM -BM and PGDM - HRM programs, XLRI accepts XAT scores for Admission to the Flagship Program. XLRI is also accepting applications for the PGDM - GM and FPM programs. Find the step by step admission process below:

Step-I: Register for XAT  
Candidates are required to register for XAT by paying INR 2,000 as Application Fees for Admission to XLRI (Application form is same for XAT & XLRI).

Step-II: Shortlist for PI / GD
Candidates with valid scores in XAT is shortlisted for PI / GD Round.

Step-III: PI / GD Round
PI / GD Round is held for Shortlisted Candidates.

Step-IV: Final Selection 
Final Selection is based on XAT Scores, Overall Performance in PI / GD Round, Work Experience, Academic Background, Extracurricular Activities.
