IIM Sambalpur placement statistics have been increasing with an overall placement rate of 100%. Need-Based Financial Assistance (NBFA): This scholarship is given based on the family income and the student’s academic performance. 

• If the family income is up to INR 1.05 Lakh, then the student will be given a 100% academic fee waiver. 
• If the family income is in the range of INR 1.05 Lakh and INR 3 Lakh, then students will be given a 75% academic fee waiver.
• If the family income is in the range of INR 3 Lakh and INR 4.5 Lakh, the students will be given a 50% academic fee waiver.

Top Class Education Scheme for Students with Disabilities (SwDs)

• This scholarship is primarily for students with disabilities above 40%, and has valid proof documents for the same. Furthermore, the family income must not be above INR 6 Lakh. These are some benefits of this scholarship:-
• Tuition fee and non-refundable charges up to ₹2 lakh per annum
• Purchase of computer and accessories: ₹30,000 (one-time)
• Purchase of aids and assistive devices: ₹30,000 (one-time)
• Maintenance allowance for hostellers: ₹3,000/month, for day scholars: ₹1,500/month
• Books and stationery: ₹5,000 per annum
• Special allowances related to disability types: ₹2,000/month
