DBS Global University Dehradun Admission 2026- Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

DBS Global University admission procedure is conducted via offline and online modes. Candidates can register themselves on the university’s official website along with an application fee of INR 750 in order to complete the application process.

The university offers various courses such as MBA, BBA, B.Tech, B.Pharma, BA.LLB, etc. The selection criteria is a mix of entrance exams and merit-based as per respective courses. Students are selected based on the DBS University Entrance Examination and online interview. However, candidates should also have national-level entrance exam scores (CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, JEE, CLAT, NEET) for some of the course admissions, such as MBA, BA.LLB, B.Tech, B.Pharma etc. To get admitted to DBS Global University, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the university. Apart from the UG and PG courses, the university also offers a PhD program.

For UG Admission Process at Doon Global University

Admission to the UG program is on the merit of Academic records and Online Interview. Eligibility to apply for the UG program at Doon Global University below:

• BBA: Applicants appearing in their class 12 examinations through any of the Boards affiliated to the Council of Boards of School Education should have minimum 80% average marks in 04 core subjects or CUET- UG Percentile 60 and above will be exempted from online interviews.

• B.Com: Applicants appearing in their class 12 examinations through any of the Boards affiliated to the Council of Boards of School Education should have minimum 75% average marks in 04 core subjects or CUET-UG Percentile 60 and above will be exempted from online interviews.

• B.Tech: Applicants appearing in their class 12 examinations through any of the Boards affiliated to the Council of Boards of School Education should have a minimum 85% average marks in 04 Subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and 01 Core Subject or J EE Percentile 50 with minimum 50% average marks in 04 Subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and 01 Core Subject and above will be exempted from online interviews.

• B.Pharma: Applicants appearing in their class 12 examinations through any of the Boards affiliated to the Council of Boards of School Education should have a minimum 75% average mark in 04 core subjects (Physics and Chemistry with Biology/ Maths as mandatory subject) or CUET (UG) Percentile 60 and above will be exempted from online interviews.

• BA.LLB / BBA.LLB: Applicants appearing in their class 12 examinations through any of the Boards affiliated to the Council of Boards of School Education should have a minimum 75% average mark in 04 core subjects or CLAT/ CUET (UG) Percentile 60 and above will be exempted from online interviews.

For MBA admission process at Doon Global University Dehradun

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a percentage of 50% or more / an equivalent grade. Final-year undergraduate students can apply. For Business Analytics and Digital Transformation, applicants with B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc/BSc (Economics) or any other degree from a recognized institution with computer science / mathematics/ statistics as one of the electives will be preferred.

• The applicant is required to have a score of one of the following entrance examinations: CAT, MAT, NMAT, GMAT, CMAT, XAT, GRE or DBS Global University Entrance Examination.

• Admissions in the MBA programs are on the basis of merit of Entrance Exam or DBS Global University Entrance Examination scores, 10th, 12th & graduation marks and online interview of the shortlisted candidates. The basis of weightage as under:Class XII & Graduation % - 30% and Entrance Exam like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT or DBS Global University Entrance Examination (Normalised internally) - 40% and Online Interview - 30%.

Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech CSE , with a percentage of 60% or more / an equivalent grade. Final-year undergraduate students can apply. Applicants need to appear for the GATE / CUET (PG) or DBS Global University Entrance Examination and online interview.

For MCA admission process at Doon Global University Dehradun

Candidates must have completed 10+2+3-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications/IT or an equivalent degree from a university/institution as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or other competent bodies.

For LLM admission process at Doon Global University Dehradun

• Bachelor’s degree in Law discipline, with a percentage of 50% or more / an equivalent grade. Final-year undergraduate students can apply.
• The applicant is required to have a score of one of the following entrance examinations: CLAT, AILET, SAT, CUET or DBS Global University Entrance Examination.
