DBS Global University has a T&P- Training ad Placement department that helps in shaping the careers of students from their induction and orientation, summer internships, mid-term projects, right to their final placements and even beyond. The cell also helps in conducting on-campus placement drives and organises a wide range of activities such as industry visits, live projects, workshops, mock interviews, and specialized training sessions.

DBS University conducts placement programs for its students. According to the reports, more than 250+ companies have visited the placement program where the highest salary package offered was INR 23.75 LPA whereas the average salary package offered was INR. 8.90 LPA. The recruiters are separated into four different sectors for the placement: BFSI, Logistics, IT & E.Commerce, and Media.
